Processing Time

Thank you for choosing ine+ nutrition.

Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing and fulfillment. Processing times do not include weekends or statutory holidays.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Canadian Orders

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery: 2–9 business days after shipment.

Orders are processed and fulfilled within 1–3 business days.

Remote locations may require up to 10 business days for delivery.

Shipping Rates

  • Free standard shipping on orders over $75 CAD

  • Flat rate standard shipping: $8.99 CAD

  • Flat rate expedited shipping: $15.99 CAD

Shipping Carriers

Canadian orders may be shipped via:

  • UPS

  • Purolator

  • FedEx

  • Canada Post

Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.


United States Orders

Shipping Times

Orders are processed and fulfilled within 1–3 business days.

  • Free standard shipping on orders over $99 CAD

  • Flat rate standard shipping: $14.99 USD

U.S. orders may be shipped via:

Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

Please note that delivery delays may occur if a shipment is selected for customs inspection.


International Orders

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery: 10–21 business days after shipment.

We proudly ship to select international destinations. Availability can be confirmed during checkout.

Duties, Taxes & Import Fees

International orders may be subject to import duties, VAT, taxes, customs fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the purchase price or shipping fees paid to ine+ nutrition.

As the importer of record, you are responsible for ensuring your order complies with all laws and regulations of the destination country.

Customs inspections may occur and can result in delivery delays. We have no control over customs processing times or any associated fees and do not benefit from these charges in any way.


Order Issues

In the unlikely event you experience an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@inenutrition.com.

To help us assist you quickly, please include your order number and a detailed description of the issue.


Lost Packages

If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, ine+ nutrition is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal at delivery, it will be treated as an undeliverable shipment rather than a return.

In these cases, the order may be cancelled and refunded less:

  • Original shipping charges (if applicable)
  • A $15.00 return-to-sender fee charged by the carrier

Additional Information

ine+ nutrition is not responsible for:

  • Shipping delays caused by carriers

  • Incorrect addresses entered by customers

  • Damage caused during transit by the carrier

  • Lost or stolen packages after delivery

  • Delivery issues related to P.O. Boxes

  • Delays caused by weather, customs inspections, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control

P.O. Boxes

Please note that only Canada Post can deliver to P.O. Boxes. If a courier service is selected, delivery to a P.O. Box may not be possible.

Holiday Shipping

During peak periods, holidays, and promotional events, processing and shipping times may be longer than usual.
