Processing Time

Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing and fulfillment. Processing times do not include weekends or statutory holidays.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.

Canadian Orders


Shipping Times

Estimated delivery is 2–9 business days after shipment. Remote locations may require up to 10 business days for delivery.


Shipping Rates

  • Free standard shipping on orders of $75 CAD or more

  • Standard shipping: $8.99 CAD

  • Expedited shipping: $15.99 CAD

Shipping Carriers

Canadian orders may be shipped via UPS, Purolator, FedEx or Canada Post.

Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

United States Orders


Shipping Times

Estimated delivery is 2–9 business days after shipment. Delivery times may vary depending on destination and customs processing.


Shipping & Import Fees

To make ordering from Canada as simple and transparent as possible, a Shipping & Import Fee is applied to U.S. orders based on order value.

This fee helps cover shipping and applicable import-related costs associated with delivering your order from Canada to the United States.


U.S. Shipping & Import Fees:

  • $0–$49.99 USD — $21.99 USD

  • $50–$99.99 USD — $29.99 USD

  • $100–$149.99 USD — $35.99 USD

  • $150–$199.99 USD — $43.99 USD

  • $200+ USD — $50.99 USD

Your applicable Shipping & Import Fee will be displayed at checkout.

No additional shipping or import fees will be charged upon delivery.


Shipping Carriers

U.S. orders may be shipped via UPS or FedEx.

Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and delays may occasionally occur due to customs processing or circumstances outside of our control.


U.S. P.O. Boxes: We are temporarily unable to ship orders to U.S. P.O. Boxes. If you have an alternate residential or business address, please use this address at checkout to ensure your order can be processed and shipped without delay.

International Orders


The following information applies to international destinations outside of Canada and the United States.

Shipping Rates

Free standard shipping is available on international orders of $200 CAD or more.

Shipping rates for orders below $200 CAD are calculated at checkout based on destination.


Duties, Taxes & Import Fees

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or import fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are not included in your order total or shipping fee and are the responsibility of the recipient.

ine+ nutrition is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Order Tracking


Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.


Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses


Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before submitting your order.
